Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow additional time for orders placed during peak seasons or special promotions. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Pre-order Products

Products that are offered as pre-order items mean that the product is not currently in stock and is being produced specifically for the release. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Estimated Shipping Times: Any estimated dispatch or delivery dates provided are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, or shipping delays beyond our control.

Payment: Payment is taken in full at the time your pre-order is placed to reserve your item.

Combined Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If you require in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Delays: While we aim to meet all estimated shipping dates, unexpected delays can occur. We will keep customers informed of any significant changes.

Cancellations: Pre-order purchases may only be cancelled before production has been completed. Once production has begun, cancellations or refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Address Changes: If your shipping address changes before your order is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your details.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

 

We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs. The rates and delivery times are based on the weight of your order and your location. During checkout, you will be able to select the shipping method that works best for you. Our available shipping methods include:

Standard Shipping:

2-4 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping

 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment. You can also track your order directly from your account page on our website.

 

Shipping Address

 

Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@madebyscu.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
